Election Day is finally upon us and NC Family urges you to get out and Vote Your Values! So much has been sacrificed throughout the life of our nation to establish, preserve and defend our right to vote. When you vote, you honor those who have gone before you, and you exercise your civic duty to select those who will represent you in local, state and federal government. If you have not voted, please go vote!
Don’t Go to the Polls Uniformed: Before you vote, be sure to visit NCFamilyVoter.com to get your very own personalized General Election Voter Guide. Simply go to NCFamilyVoter.com, fill in your name and address, and click “Get My Personalized Voter Guide” and you can view and download information on candidates running for the U.S. House, N.C. General Assembly, and State Courts. This is information obtained by NC Family directly from the candidates, and you simply can’t get it anywhere else.
State Judicial Races: All of the information about candidates for the N.C. Supreme Court and N.C. Court of Appeals is conveniently located on the NC State Judicial Races page on the Voter Guide website. These statewide judicial races are critically important, so be sure to click on the candidates’ names to view their survey responses in their own handwriting.
Constitutional Amendments: Many voters still have questions about the six constitutional amendments on the ballot. Make sure that you review NC Family’s article, “Upcoming Constitutional Amendments—What You Need To Know,” in order to understand what these ballot questions are all about.
